Check out that lady right there. That’s Chalene Johnson, creator of a whole ton of exercise regiments from Beachbody. How can you not be pumped to do a workout with that picture on the cover of it? Well, I kind of wasn’t. My thing with Turbo Jam is that I’ve had it for years and I’ve done it a million times, but always when I come back to it, I need to start at the beginning and work my way up to the intense and longer work outs. Like tonight I did the twenty minute routine, and pretty much did it low impact, and I’m exhausted and a sweaty beast. Slice me off a piece of zero-calorie humble pie, please. Continue reading
